Trees are great to have in your house, not only do they help produce oxygen which is necessary to live, but they give your home shade and help keep it cool in the hot summer days, not to mention they will give your home a whole lot of curb appeal! When it comes to planting trees there are two important factors to consider:

Planting Trees:

  • “Bare-root” tree planting, should take place between December 31st and March 31st
  • “Root-balled” tree planting, is okay to plant in any season

*Deep Drip Watering Stakes are most commonly used with trees. They ensure your trees get the water they need and in many cases have helped bring trees back to health. They also help your tree establish deep roots, and help prevent the weeds you get with surface watering! Make sure to use 2-3 stakes when you plant a new tree.
