Shipping Policy
We mostly ship via USPS Priority mail, but also use UPS and Fedex. Standard shipping processing time is 3-10 business days. We do not ship or process orders over the weekend. Tracking numbers will be emailed to customer. We only ship across the contiguous 48 United States. At this time we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. If your order is eligible for free shipping, you must select the “free shipping” option upon checkout. The discount is not applied automatically or retroactively. Our standard free shipping is for ground shipping. If a customer wants to use another shipping method, 3-day, overnight, etc., that is no longer covered under our free shipping option. Shipping rates are determined by carrier, are subject to change, and are available on our shipping estimate calculator.
Returns/Exchanges
We do not offer returns on any of our products purchased through our website. Our products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
The only exception to this policy is in the case of a faulty or damaged product caused through a manufacturing error. In this case we do offer a free exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide photos of the faulty product to info@deepdrip.com as well as your invoice # and/or attach a screenshot of your confirmation email. Exchange requests must be made from the same email used when purchasing the product.
